Course Description
This Appraisal Skills course a practical, one day workshop, designed to provide attendees with the skills & techniques to conduct effective appraisals.
The course aims to help managers, on all levels, to appraise the performance of their staff and implement follow-up actions. The programme looks at planning & preparation for effective appraisal, how to structure and conduct a successful appraisal meeting, giving and receiving feedback and, the essential skills of effective communication, questioning & listening skills and building positive relationships.

Any manager/supervisor with the responsibility for conducting appraisals and/or anyone wishing to improve or enhance their appraisal techniques.
