Successful Interviewing is a practical & highly interactive course focusing on the interviewers and helping them to develop and improve their interview techniques. The course looks at how the recruitment & selection procedure works, effective planning & preparation for interview, how to structure and conduct an effective interview as well as the skills essential for successful recruitment.
